Location: village of Missano, municipality of Castiglione Chiavarese (Sestri Levante hinterland) in the district of Genova.

This construction, in need of renovation,  is located in the lovely background of Missano's historic centre.

It has two terraces on the roof: one with a spectacular sea view, the other looking down at the churchyard.

The property is developed on four floors, including the roof terrace which has a small premises that will be used as kitchenette.

- At ground floor, there are a couple of rooms  which may be turned into a bedroom and a small bathroom. These are not-connecting rooms, therefore the access is external (yet covered);

- At raised floor, we plan to create a cellar with a large loft;

- On the first floor we find the entrance to the main dwelling, two rooms (one with terrace) and a beautiful bathroom;

- On the second floor there's a living room with terrace, a bathroom and a further room (with sea view) that can be used as a kitchenette or a dining room.

- On the third floor we find the terraces and the kitchenette mentioned before;
